Employers - Features in detail

Posting Jobs
Employers can post jobs in rich text, choosing their own fonts, styles and even graphics in their posts. Additionally, employers can specify the location of advertised position by marking it on a map (if you have enabled the map feature).

Manage Posts
Employers can Edit or Delete their previous job posts all from one place.

Browse resumes
Employers can browse resumes submitted by the job Seekers. Employers can be search resumes using various different fields, you can configure the Resume Search Form from the Admin.

Resume Email Alerts
Employers can create alerts which are sent via email to alert of new job seekers entering the system. Employers can specify their alerts to be triggered by specific keyword(s).

- View posts statistics, such as number of hits and number of online applications.
- View their Order history
- Change account settings.
- Buy posting credits and subscribe to view resumes.
- Edit Employer’s profile (This can be seen by candidates when they click on your name or company name)
- Send email to Candidates via the website

Job Seekers - Features in detail

Online Application
Job Seekers can apply to jobs online. Three file attachments can be sent with the online application.

Submit resume
Upon registration, job seekers can submit a resume. To make sure an employer can clearly understand you skills and search you well we have put many optional fields filling which increases your chances to be noticed.

Resume can be made anonymous or public
Job seekers can make their personal details private (Anonymous). This feature encourages users to submit their resume without the worrying about unknown companies calling them.

Suspend / Activate resumes.
When a job seeker becomes unavailable, they can set their resume status to suspended. this works well if you have just taken up a job and maybe you change a job in 2 or 3 months then you can activate your resume again. As Jobs4Freshers.com provides jobs to candidates upto 1 year of experience.

Job Email Alerts
Job Seekers can create alerts which are sent via email to alert of new jobs that are posted. Job Seekers can specify to have alerts to be triggered by specific keyword(s).

Save jobs
Jobs are saved into a personal area, and users can apply for the jobs later.

Save Applications
Job Seekers can Save and review their applications.

Tell a friend
Email Jobs to friends.
